Let's say I have a list of personal data the user has entered such as a full name with an 'edit' pencil icon beside it. … When tapping to edit this info, should they be shown with blank fields to enter a new name, or should it be pre-filled with their previous answer? …

When editing info, should the edit page have a back arrow or close tag?
My thinking is the close tag makes more sense, since it minimises the chance of a user accidentally going back and losing progress.
