Scenario

You are already in web ex conferencing. Another person is online on the Skype waiting for meeting info. Time is critical factor and you want to share you meeting info with him?

To share the meeting info you went to your outlook and found it is cluttered with all the meeting requests it was very hard to find which meeting info to send across.

After you realize there is a “Meeting Info” tab in web ex conferencing interface, you tried to copy the info but interface is not allowing to do so. After doing some research I end up with 3 solutions

1. Allow user to copy the text

2. A copy button - which “on Click” copy the text for the user

3. Share button – which “on Click” allow user to enter the email address and share info across

Any other solution is appreciated
