iI started working as a UI/UX Designer for a quiet large company with a pretty big website.

Since the developers are quiet busy with developing backend functions, the resources are limited right now, which makes me wondering if i should.

Should I start designing good UI even thothough they wont be able to change it globally (for example, forms, modals, etc.) or?

Or should iI design with the old and, bad UI so the users at least feel a bit of consistency tilluntil we manage to make an overall redesign?
