You need to ensure that you're capturing user's needs and not just building a product you think will solve that problem. Best to do some down and dirty market research, sitting with your target users in their environment. Your only cost would be time, travel, participant incentives (Amazon work well) and the fee to recruit participants in your target market (free if you use a tool like Ethn.io). | |
