Aug 5, 2016 at 12:05 comment added Roux Martin Displaying the "amount of cash since inception" might be a good retention tool - It tells the user that the service has a greater value to them in the long term: "hey user, look how much cash you been able to use with us!" - Having said that, I agree that it's probably not a 'key' piece of information. Have you spoken to target users to find out what they want to see?

Apr 21, 2016 at 4:59 comment added Monomeeth @DasBeasto Yes, 'fortnight' is very common in Australia. It's good to know though that it's not necessarily common in other parts of the world.
Apr 20, 2016 at 20:37 comment added Adnan Khan @DasBeasto thanks so much for pointing this out. I am not a native English speaker so this won't have stood out for me.
Apr 20, 2016 at 20:35 comment added Adnan Khan @dan1111 this is actually cash back. The anti-pattern is that it would be available as credit first, and if the user really wants to, she can get real cash back.
Apr 20, 2016 at 13:39 comment added user31143 The term "Cashback" might lead the users to believe they can actually get...cash back. If it can only be spent within the store you need some other term like "credits", I think.
Apr 20, 2016 at 12:30 comment added DasBeasto Sidenote: Is "Fortnight" commonly used in Australia? In the eastern US (imo?) it sounds very strange and would make me uncomfortable with it being used in a financial app. I would suggest just saying "two weeks". This is essentially how I perceive the word vocabulary.com/dictionary/fortnight
