I agree with Rahul with the "paste" issue. And i think the OK button can be used only for the text field. For the Upload button you don't need any additional action. | |

Please don't, unless you provide some way of canceling the upload fast. Sometimes you paste the wrong link and it's very frustrating having to wait for the upload to finish before you can correct it. | |
