Personally, while I have no problem creating personas, I always feel a bit awkward having to refer to them as if they are real people in the way you and others describe (e.g. "would Bob use this?"). Frankly, I tend to avoid this, and tend to say things like 'our persona, Bob'. I know I shouldn't do this, but the alternative makes me feel silly. | |
