Part of our job is to educate our managers and others that we learned instead how to discover those needs. It's sometimes useful to ask those who assign you a project, "What would you like me to base my design decisions on?" (Then suggest that in-person user observation is the best foundation.) | |

Gonna see what works for them, cross check it among all the sites and choose the things they have in common. Also just talked to our Customer Care person and got some useful insights for pain points. Thanks for the advice though! Found a meet up next week, so I am gonna attend and see. | |
