Here are common 'useless repetitive' habits I found around my office : refresh windows screen (F5), double click a hyperlink, copy (ctrl+c), Hung up phone using "flash" button, or pushing the button where the phone handle rest (don't know what this button called), refreshing a web page in a (very) slow network. It's a matter of habit and imitating people.
