My current work has me doing several kinds of tasks - interaction design, business analysis, and product management for the web based Digital StoreFront application owned by Electronics for Imaging (EF). EFI is a software development organization for the print industry located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In my interaction design role, I drive the vision of award winning features through wireframing, visual design, prototyping (Flex and HTML), and usability testing.

In my business analysis role, I write well received functional requirements, identify business uses cases, and define product goals, working with our customers to transform their business problem into solutions.

In my product Management role, I collaborate on product planning & functional roadmaps. I run small teams (agile) meetings with Engineering and QA to manage the product. I guide the product to a high quality through the defect/bug tracking. I often support marketing communications by running webinars, building demo sites, and presenting product to customers.

I got into this whole wonderful world of software creation by gaining two masters degrees in information science (UIUC 98) and human computer interaction (CMU 99).
