I help people and organizations solve problems that pertain to the use of their products and services. My goals include: please the end user, meet the needs of the organization, and create the experience such that it's a strategic asset.

My experience spans ecommerce & retail, social networking, intranet, and even print. I've worked with mediums ranging from desktop applications, web browsers, as well as mobile application design, and occasionally physical goods such as package design.

I love film, books on human behavior and physical sciences, video games, hiking, biking, BIG dogs (3 of them), motorcycles, BMWs, flying planes, teasing my girlfriend, making up words and phrases that confuse and or entertain the people around me.
