It is a good possible solution. I'd like to suggest adding the button <Browse> near the existing <Add> one. It can help to view the list of available users, and then select appropriate ones. Or, as the variant, during typing characters into the "Input_e-mail" field do search in the list of existing users for matching and display corresponding values.
