I would like to know, how a software system, could be designed, so that everything you searched and used (chrome, Wikipedia, apps, dictionary, illustrations, images), and so on, were filtered through a topic constrainer, bringing you back to the same topic, circularly, but with different media (that is, in such a way, that you never or never too much were allowed to go off on a tangent while trying to learn stuff).

How could such a system (for, learning, specific topics without being distracted), be designed?

    The task you're giving yourself is nothing short of "categorize everything there is into learnable categories", combined with a rootkit of sorts. The former is impossible, the latter unnecessarily complex. I recommend designing a course instead which is good enough the learner doesn't need to break out into googling/Wikipedia every other slide.
