When we have too much information, we need to organize it by helping with some IA methods (e.g. Location, Alphabetical, Time, Category, Hierarchy and for some cases Process as well).

So, in the same manner, while doing contextual inquiry in a B2B environment, we gather various kind of data:

  • Users & their Role
  • Working Process & Activities
  • Working Environment
  • Interactions with Objects

All of this data is presented through a workflow.

So, the workflow is also a part of information architecture?
