My users find it very difficult to configure the app. It has many pages and they are linked to each other.

Some config pages depend on others.

During talks, when they view a page they are like

  • "why do we need this page?"
  • "should I touch something here or should I leave it as it's?"
  • "why some parts of the app are not showing?" (because they didn't configure that part)

What are ways to tell them what a config mean and when/how they need to set it.

I know tooltips, but they are not that efficient in this case.

What are other suggestions ?

  • The description of the problem is somewhat too abstract. Can you provide some images or, if possible, some videos showing how it works?
