When using read only mode for forms in material design do you prefer to add an edit icon in the field input or do you use lists? I ended up using lists that look like this and added an edit button where the user can quickly modify content.
However, using lists make it look completely different from the the creation mode. So my question is: should I just use the creation mode and add edit inside the fields? Or is it ok to use both ways?
