I've noted down the need for more meta about the problematic customers. As I've pointed out in previous comments, I feel the need to stress that we're not really talking about a normal business here. The municipality finance the waste management through a yearly tax. The money paid during waste delivery accounts only for a certain percentage of the costs. That's also how they can finance free fractions. | |
