Regarding asking feedback upon app deletion, should mobile app ask the reason of app deletion through an email form of feedback as you mentioned (not through AppStore or equivalents) to ask for the reason of app deletion? I believe this is one of the most important feedbacks that developers may get from the users. Companies sending emails to their users often ask why users want to opt-out from their email communication. | |
