The distinction between a text based craigslist ad and a polished one is not that the target demographic is looking for value - it is that they are looking to transact with an individual rather than a company, which is a difference they perceive to be of high value for them. I once saw a millionaire on TV say they preferred to use companies with a local phone number rather than a 'polished' free number because they would get better service from a smaller company, and they certainly weren't looking for cheapness. | |
