Any good examples of interactive map patterns? Google maps is probably the best example out there. However security measures prevent us from using Google maps (not my call). I am looking for a similar example without making calls to external services. A easy drawn map, pushpins, callouts and a horizontal list with the locations. |

Any good examples of interactive map patterns? The interaction required for store locator seems similar to the one I need. It's a pitty this pattern has such a context specific name. People are not always looking for a store. |

How do I inform the user a component has stopped working? The impact is minimal, when the component fails, the user is unable to see data, but only on that website. A link can be provided redirecting him to another environment where the information can be retrieved. |

How do I inform the user a component has stopped working? It's a public website. Hiding the component when it can not retrieve the data might confuse the user. An informative message was my initial idea. |
