How would you solve the accidentally-launching problem of the Mac OS dock? This is exactly what I said; it is on the app developer side, the OS cannot assume a program launch can be aborted. In this case the Office team coded in launch canceling; that doesn't mean the Windows OS team can. |

Do users come back after looking for a promo code? Even if you found research, it would not be very applicable, because whether they come back depends on the price and whether they found a code. That depends on the specific site, it's reputation, it's relative prices, etc, and will give you no insight into your own situation. |

Font Size Consistency Consistent font sizes is more of a design thing... though I must say it would confuse me to have pages with weird font sizes. I don't think it would make your site unusable, it would just look weird. I think it's more of a design issue than a UX one. |
