Do we need good-looking design for a program internal only to our company? I agree that internal tools should be very well designed too. And from my experience companies are more and more realising that. however: when talking about app design, I look at apps that are sold through the AppStore a bit differently than - let's say - an internal sales tool. As said - the tool has to be really good from a design perspective too, but I would not put as much effort into UI polish as I do for an app that must produce revenues through the AppStore. You know you audience very precise in such internal projects.chance is: they maybe won't appreciate or recognise the effort :) |
