@JeroenEijkhof – +1, that was a 30-second-mockup thrown together in a hurry; the icon definitely needs to be simplified ;)

@KovacsLevente – Depending on screen real estate, my context argument of course becomes invalid. With the multitude of different devices these days (and I bet there's many more of them to come, with even more diverse capabilities, screens, interaction modes …), I like to think "from smallest to largest", though. On a typical smartphone, context will break. Depending on what your expected user base is, this will affect a lot of users.

"[…] scrolling is accepted on a touch device. It's natural behavior, and if the UI suggests it, the user doesn't have to think about it." - probably true. Still, it's called touch device, not scroll device, right? :p

I find the "conversation" aspect quite ambivalent in the context of user feedback collection: usually (with the exception of getsatisfaction.com and the likes), sending feedback doesn't necessarily initiate a conversation. depending on the means and goals of feedback collection, communication can be pretty much one-way.

comment A proper title for e-mail and website address together?
@TJH: I'd strongly suggest not using an envelope as an icon for "street address" since it's used fairly often as a metaphor for "eMail". I'd suggest using a "house" icon instead.

comment Should Font Faces be the Same Across Different Devices?
What is your rationale for changing the font face? Also, doesn't the NY State Dept. of Labor have any sort of a CD manual?
