What other option do I have when my target users are not willing to participate in user research? +1, Great answers, a ethnographic study/field observaion as suggested will probably be a good start. Examples of well written emails for recruiting participants for usability tests / interviews or surveys? In the test I've been part of facilitating, we've never metioned any compensation to our users. Since we did not wan't to introduce feelings of gratitude or dependence. But our setting might differ from what's assumed. |
