Any wikis for usability best practices? I did take a look at usability pattern repositories but I am looking for something more comprehensive - a knowledge base, where you could look up best usability practices for specific site topics, for example: university web sites. Then you would be able to select a specific user task on the site - e.g. figuring out the admissions procedures and then you would be able to see a list of selected best practices for that purpose. In other words, UI pattern repositories list solutions only, whereas I am looking for repositories listing specific UI goals (problems), as well. |

Any wikis for usability best practices? It appeared to me, maybe the keyphrase would be "wikis for usability patterns"? But as I am not a geek I am not quite sure about the meaning of "pattern" in this context. (I asked here: stackoverflow.com/questions/14094185/pattern-good-practice but they closed the question). |
