Do American users also confuse the day and the month in dates like 01/02/2013 @ĹukaszLech: IMHO DD-MM-YYYY isn't as good as YYYY-MM-DD, since it doesn't sort properly and it's inconsistent with the HH:MM:SS ordering we use for times. |

'My Account' or 'Your Account'? Personally, I dislike both "My ..." and "Your ...", partly because they're difficult to talk about. "Now click on My Account." "Click on your account?" "No, not my account, My Account!" Note that MS Windows changed XP's "My Computer" to just "Computer". |

Should I combine these 2 mutually exclusive actions? It seems to me that unmarking a previously verified e-mail address might be useful, though it probably shouldn't be too easy to do. |

How to display date and time If you choose a single format, you'll inevitably anger users who don't like it. If you let users choose a format, you'll inevitably anger users who don't want to be bothered. Is there a good solution (other than training everyone in the world to use ISO 8601; I'm working on that)? |

How to display date and time mm/dd/yyyy is not "imperial standard". It tends to be used in the US, whereas dd/mm/yyyy tends to be used in the UK (which creates an ambiguity 132 days of the year). If you use either format, clearly indicate on the page which one you're using. |
