Best Way to Display Event Start Time for an International Event Sounds like a programming question. Represent the date on the backend in UTC time zone, and display it on the client in their local time zone. |

Fast-loading splash screen or flashy, progress-based splash screen? I don't heavily use .NET, so I don't know. But I'd say, if your choice of technology makes your program so slow as to take 30 seconds to load, then maybe you should consider using something else. |
