Should an admin decide what users can do, or should he decide what not to do? some keywords to google: whitelist vs blacklist approach. Always use whitelist :) |

Quickly change row status I would suggest adding "save" button to not make user worried "will the system really save my choice? isn't it only temporary?" or just confused "where is the save option?". Moreover, if the user changes his mind he does not necessary must remember what was the previous option. He needs to click a button anyway, so this will certainly not increase the number of clicks |

What should a UX designer know about CSS (for a job interview)? -1 for giving reference to w3school. I regret there is no additional -100 for "doen't hurt" :). No offence of course :) i have recently given few of them too on SO, feel free to vote them down - mea culpa |

tooltip in the form accepted, thanks for pointing out the purpose of the tooltip! you assume right that my intention was to just give a hint for users who have no idea what to type in, however the point about formatting is very nice! |

If two ways of signing up are possible, should it be stressed that there are two atlernatives? thank you very much for your answer. Just a point, actually I prefer much more that user creates account via facebook :) Of course it is not important and your answer is awesome. I have changed it to accepted answer. |
