Are there any resources/guidelines on First Time User Experience? That question has some good pointers, though I see the question you link to as one that addresses a longer period of time. Depending on the app, becoming experienced might be anything from minutes to months. The scope of my question is meant as that first login, that first view of the app, those first few actions to do before the user is not going to bother any more and look somewhere else. |
