comment How to deal with different screen sizes when your theme is all about design
It is all about compromises. You need to redesign it, even if it looks less appealing on your 17 inch monitor.

comment How do interstitial ads impact site UX?
If you, and anyone you know hates Ads, then you must be correct. It is hard to like them. It is a fine balance between increasing revenue and keeping users on the site.

comment What's an appropriate icon to represent an organisation?
I would not dismiss the "usergroup-theme with a couple of silhouettes next to each other". People recognize that it refers to group or organization. If you try to get too semantic, you will never find an icon.

comment Icon/Symbol to Represent “Done”?
@ashes999, use images of actual radio buttons. Users understand how to use them, and the interface will feel less cluttered.

comment What effect does requiring a plugin have on conversion rate in a web app?
I believe that any developer smart enough to do a usability study will just not use a plugin. We can all agree that using plugins can lead to lost users, so why do it. We should be able to use html + JavaScript in most cases.

comment 'Scrolling divs' in mobile land. Yea or nay?
How big is the div, compared to the device? I can see users getting frustrated, especially if the div is large.
