Language switch redirect to homepage or content page Good point about the search page not necessarily being the landing page. The only way you can identify this is page stats - seeing which pages people change the language on. If google hit pages are a big portion, it is probably worth retaining this and coding to stay on the same page. As for your multi-lingual approach - yes it is valid, but is it common enough to put in the work arounds? |

Best way to display a currency picker for an ecommerce site? But this is a country and language selection, that is not, apparently, translating the site text into Spanish for an Argentinian. At the moment, having it in the language of the Oppressors and Userpers might be a challenge. And country/language/currency may be in pretty much any combination. |

Communicating a three stage grade of alert The "i" is a good idea, and is used in other places. The fact that it is an upside down ! is especially cool. It indicates that there is something you may need to know about. |

How do you sort a list of languages? If the number of langages is reasonably small, by usage. If this would be too much, the regio and usage. Of course, the challenge is what language you write the region in.... |

How can you make a user experience addictive? I think this is a bad question for SE, actually, because if anyone knew the answer, they would be making their fortunes! I don't think it has one single simple answer. |

How do I limit the number of options a user may choose in a list? IMO, alert in place and check is the best route - or, as per some of the suggestions, build the interface to only allow two selections. If my choices are restricted, I want to know this before I submit. |

Is this site's colour scheme readable? @DA01 - yes, but this was a specific question I was raising on this site. Your comment could apply to a lot of questions here. And it has produced some good answers serving as guidelines to readability. |
