comment Display percentage increase/decrease as 110% or +10%?
The final price would be displayed too, which is the most important thing. I don't think it's beneficial for the user to know that the price is 110% of the original price so therefore that strain won't occur.

I don't envision there being a label. The percentage change would appear directly above the handle of the slider with an instant feedback loop upon changing.

comment Best practice: card expiry date on checkout
So what did you find from looking at the eCommerce websites? Were they mostly how you've designed it? The reason I ask is I can't remember seeing it like before (with the month name and YYYY format). Thanks for your comments.

comment What is a Modal Dialog Window?
Modal dialog and a modal progress bar are the same except of the content. I wasn't drawing attention to the progress bar, just the styling. I'm not mixing pop-ups and modals. If you read my post again you'll may understand it better.

I agree, testing will no doubt focus their attention onto a select few columns. This is something I'm looking to prototype anyway so that we can assess the columns, workflow, interactions etc.

Thanks for the response Inca. With regards to working with the end user we are working very closely with them. It's actually an internal app which makes it so easy to do. The columns have actually been decided on by them so we have little way of movement.

So it's a table containing realtime delivery data and the the items are sorted by delivery time (only today's deliveries are being shown). The purpose of the table and the screen is to ensure deliveries are being made on time. It's unlikely that there will be a reason to sort any other way.
