Patterns and models for representing Many-to-many relationships in interface design Thanks Alex. I'm trying to lay the information in a table but your idea seems interesting. Would it be possible to share a wireframe to help me understand visually. |

Patterns and models for representing Many-to-many relationships in interface design Alex, I'm currently designing a product that has many-to-many relationship between two fields. I'm looking for ideas since you had posted this question. I thought I would check with you whether you got any ideas? |

How can I measure why users never return to a web app? Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree that lack of relevance can be a potential reason. I'm looking ways to validate the hypothesis. |

How can I measure why users never return to a web app? Thanks for your response. I sent out an email and then followed it with another reminder after about a week. I got no response though it was sent to around 100 customers. Before the follow up email, I tried calling a few customers but they were cold because they thought it was a sales call. Any tips to have a better success? |

How can I measure why users never return to a web app? Thanks Ardrian. That's interesting - is there a reason for running tests with the new users rather than the existing users? |

How can I measure why users never return to a web app? Thanks Benny. We have a 'Send us your feedback' link in the application and we are tagging it as well but people seem to be clicking on it and closing it - no responses through it - hence we dont have an answer to "why". I guess I'll send out surveys to solicit feedback on the application and then create paper prototypes. |

Required and Optional Fields My original question has been changed - I wanted to understand the reasons for marking the fields as required or optional. I understand that it gives the users info on what is the minimum amount of info they need to reveal about themselves. This rule seems applicable in case of registration forms. How about other forms that are not necessarily for registration or enrollment. For example, I'm designing a form to capture the profile information about the users. Request insightful feedback from the community. |
