The doctor in this context is actually for eye-care for corrective vision treatments and not emergency related items. In this context, the doctor is being used with a headline to build familiarity and a "relationship".

comment Should text-alignment of drop-down menus be left-aligned or right aligned?
Left aligned due to fact we read Left-to-right makes sense - maybe Ebay chooses this method because 'Price' and 'number' are repeated multiple times?

comment Link Styling - Active, Hover, etc
Active as in 'currently selected' - pattern similarly to how navbar indicates which page you currently are on. For example the nav bar state for the tech section of [USAToday] (usatoday.com/tech) is styled with a solid orange block instead of the default black/gray

comment When designing (UX/IA) a property search system what are some important things to remember?
Nice example for Pivot, i have another app that we're working on that will be powered by PivotViewer. My only complaint of the stuff ive seen so far is they all use the same zoom navigation method. I'm looking for some other examples, let me know if you come across any, thanks.
