Oct 15	comment	Don't hide or disable menu items? @Assaf Lavie - yes, the save button should always be enabled. Users are paranoid. Let them have their button, even if it doesn't do anything.
Oct 15	comment	Don't hide or disable menu items? Maybe it would make sense to gray the items out, but still allow them to be clickable (so you can pop up a message saying "You can't do that because ..."). Not sure how many GUI toolkits support that though.

Sep 6	comment	What are the best practices for background images? @pir abdul wakeel, in that case, I'd still recommend running the image through ImageMagick to reduce the size and quality (you can probably get away with 80% or lower quality). The background image in your example is way bigger than it needs to be.
