What makes OpenID so difficult to use by persons with no technical background? An additional drawback - the choice problem hits when folk log in too. Stackexchange usually remembers my details. When it forgets, or when I use a new browser or a different machine, I have to remember which of the N different options will actually log me in ;-/ |

What is the best approach to design registration page Every single time I have /tested/ openid with "normal" users as opposed to technical folk it's caused more problems than it's solved. Every. Single. Time. Has anybody's experiences been different? |

What options to give for multiple choice subjective feedback? Well - it depends on what information you are after and why... You might, for example, be interested in tracking trends in general satisfaction over time. In which case specific questions can get in the way (by either not covering things you may not think about, by making the survey too long, etc.) |

What word can be used to mean either click or tap? Good question. Both with B2C web sites a couple of times (when we were moving from copy with explicit "click" instructions since it was causing confusion when were testing on non-mice devices). |

Should usability testing of a competitor's website be a part of your usability testing routine? See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/System_usability_scale ;) |

List of statements which can be used to measure the value proposition of a website I'm still not clear on exactly what you are after. Let me try going at it from a different angle. If you had some good questions that let you know the value of the thing you are trying to measure - how would you use the result? |
