comment How could one prevent drunk users from using a mobile application?
How would you differentiate a sober person with motor coordination problems from a drunk person? Not good for accessibility IMO

comment Is there ever a requirement to allow text to be underlined when it's not a link or a header
Bold does call your attention and even works as inline pull-quotes, while italics is used to stress —phonetically if I may— a word or set of words; not to give relevance. What to use when you want to give relevance to a whole phrase without making it bold?

comment How to organize a form with many fields?
@overslacked Mainly the links are about how to visually organize content (design principles, grids, multi-step form). They are not abstract, they are general, I wouldn't go into detail as of how to organize this particular form. (Don't mind the easter egg link.)

comment What does it mean to 'humanise' interfaces?
"less than 1% of users have disabled it. You could call that a success." Or call it a "not visible enough option", I've been using Mailchimp and this is the first mention I see to this option. I would be the 99% anyway.

comment Should an E-commerce Site that is predominantly a B2B site have OAuth?
Also, LinkedIn implements OAuth, which is mainly business-oriented.

comment Why are software EULAs typically displayed in a tiny non-adjustable box with lots of scrolling?
I would say the box is not scrollable not because of the EULA... but because it contains the installation wizard. About the scroll... well it is obvious: they don't fit in the screen.

comment Selecting all contents of an input field of text type when focusing
I've seen this happening in password inputs, maybe it is the only situation you need to change it all (because the user doesn't see what's changing)
