What to call “Cancel” when “Cancel” is already the default action? This answer makes sense in theory and likely in many cases (+1)... but "Cancel my Subscription" was all that was in my mind as the Redbox user when I took the screenshot - not "Unsubscribe" or "Remove". It would seem that the user's intent and mental model should trump interface copy consistency. |
