comment UX solution for data points display and other good tips for charts on mobile screens
Yes, Raphael.js (raphaeljs.com) will do something functionally similar: raphaeljs.com/analytics.html

Often, yes (just for clarity, usually a dashed line but I don't think Balsamiq does that). And your presumption is correct (I chose the finger icon but it's not very clear).

comment Should mobile websites show a dedicated area for scroll bar like on desktop websites?
Indeed, not a single mobile user I have ever seen in a test has stared blankly at a mobile screen and not tried to scroll / explore.

Are these accordion forms separate pages styled to look like a collapsed wizard, or an AJAX-driven SPA?

comment Stop user opening links in a new tab
This is a band-aid: it only addresses someone clicking a link to open the web app, but what of copy-pasting the URL into another tab, or using a bookmark, or clicking a link not controlled by the web app? Also, don't ever check for unique sessions by IP address: then only one person behind a NAT will be able to use it, which is not the desired behaviour.

comment Why is the drag area usually limited to the “title bar”?
I have the impression that KDE will just build a cartesian feature matrix and implement everything in it.
