Technical Word for “time spent on website”? Google Analytics provides a "Time on Site" report. The report lists the average time that website visitors remain on your site. That's probably as technical a term as you need. It's also quite interchangeable with "Length of Visit" or "Length of Stay". |

How to show invalidation errors for fieldsets? What you're describing sounds very appropriate. Sounds like you answered your own question Eric. |

How to show invalidation errors for fieldsets? The contrast ratio does sit just outside, but please note that the point of my suggestion is that the entire fieldset will need a visual contrast to other validated fieldsets. Whether it is salmon, red, green, grey is up to you. |

“View Newsletter Online” link to be visible in online version? Thanks Roger. I guess there is a case (perhaps a measly one at that) behind including the Link at the top of the online version. Some vendors might insist that the Online Version be exactly the same as the HTML version and will therefore include the link at the top of the page. |

“View Newsletter Online” link to be visible in online version? Very good comment in your last paragraph JohnGB. I can definitely see that happening. |

Traffic lights: “yellow” is progress, not state I think there is an admirable initiative in creating a timer, but you can count on many drivers speeding up even more. |

What is an icon or symbol that denotes 'automatic'? I would suggest rotating circular arrows for recurring events and a simple (low-fi) analog clock face to indicate an automated scheduled event. The following image is used as a Scheduled Recording icon for a TV Tuner's PVR and the clock face icon is a perfect representation of what I am talking about: pcmeal.com/ebay/Leadtek/WinFastDTV2000DS/… |

With 'OK' button, 'Cancel' should appear as secondary button or link? Good example Bernhard. It's similar to Wordpress and the "Publish" and "Move to Trash" button formatting. |
