Using Balsamiq Mockups with Usabilla for remote usability tests Just to be clear: a) Usabilla doesn't support linked pdfs. b) Usabilla seems to be a solo page analyser. I mean, you can test one page task, but, if you want to test "findability", by allow the user to search/find certain things on a website, I believe you cannot do that with Usabilla. |

Design for users - Preliminary tests / methods? Thanks. But the more I read the more I found: "Don't show your wireframes mockups to the user, because they are not accurate and lack details that COULD be important to user decisions." According to this, will high fidelity prototypes work here? And, if yes, how can I explain to the designers team that, some of their high fidelity layouts could be severely changed after the study? They will... at least... kill me for that. :) Thanks in advance, again. |

Usability tests - Open Source Tools I'm more looking for open source programms. Balsamic Mookups (not open source but cross os), and perhaps a desktop record software could do. But I was looking for more ux specific ones, open source, because we all run open source here. :) Ubuntu rules. :D |
