comment Which is better - a summarized menu or a detailed menu?
When you are new on the site, it gives you some tips as you move along. Like when you first upvote an answer to one of your questions you get a small box that suggest you mark it as the answer as well. This box fades after a few seconds.

I see that everyone is against this. That is what I thought but I wanted your opinions before I told the client. Thanks.

comment Recommended UI/UX conference in the UK?
@Charles A UI question is something related to interfacing with a user. Going to a conference will help you become a better better UI expert but it will not fix a UI problem

comment Recommended UI/UX conference in the UK?
@Charles This question in not a UI question it is a "UI related" question. It is close enough to the topic at hand and interesting enough to the users of this site that it will not be closed, but it is not 100% on-topic. If you want to argue that this should be considered on topic write about it on Meta

comment Recommended UI/UX conference in the UK?
@Charles this is not a UI related question. It is a question directed at the UI community. and btw "because that's how Stack Overflow does things" is a valid response IMO

I think this question is a bit more technical than this site is meant for.
