comment Restricting users site access until account completion
If you only ask for the account information you need when you actually need it there's no reason to have a "Finish Later" button. Another alternative is to just make those things which can be "finished later" clearly optional in your initial Account Creation page. It seems like an odd paradigm because I haven't seen it before, but if you go down the route of including a "Finish Later" button make sure it's clear to the user how they "finish" their account setup. Maybe you could show a "your account is 3/4 complete".

comment Responsive Design / What is an appropriate web component to choose a distance regarding user's geolocation?
Do your users care about the difference between 10 KM and 11 KM? If not, I would suggest a drop down list of options like "1 KM", "5 KM", "10 KM", "25 KM". My experience is that counter fields like you show above are less intuitive.

Does this application support multiple users at the same time? i.e. is there a database the application is using to save orders?

comment How do you handle a conflict between user goals and business goals when designing enterprise software?
I agree with this answer except keep in mind not every battle is won overnight. If you want management to buy in to UX when they don't already prepare some material which shows ROI and start coming up with ways to improve the UX in your application. Don't be pushy but don't give up. Over time it's worth the effort.

comment Should a usage graph grow or shrink available data
I agree with @Evan. However, if forced to use option A, it would make more since if it were vertical with the percent remaining on the bottom thus draining the amount left. Think of the battery display on many phones.

comment What symbol(s) can represent difficulty level in the context of a game?
I think @sheriff1 has the right idea. Tailor the idea of difficultly to some imagery that's associated with your game. Here's another good example 148apps.com/news/….

comment Design Matrix for Client Input
I agree with @michael Lai... I'm afraid you're going to bias the stakeholders with the words you're using. If you're looking for matrix feedback like this then provide relevant UX examples to choose from and take the labels off. You'll quickly know what they like/dislike. And in the end make sure you're providing a ux experience that fits the end users instead of trying to fit it into a matrix of solutions.
