Whats more user friendly local authentication or remote authentication (OpenID, OAuth) Janrain Engage is a very well designed tool for this. You simply stick their code on your web-page and your server-side code gets all the information you'll need in JSON, the same for all the providers it supports (FaceBook, Google, OpenID, etc.). |
