one clarification...the user will pay for a service...more or less...I have concluded to this logic: display info about the type of account(premium etc)...display info for what months he has paid(assuming for example a 3 month period)...one last question is when someone pays for a period(1 month for exampl)...the subscription starts from the day he made the payment?

No,I think the users must have the option of altering the e-mail.I have not found a web service that does not give such an option, even if the e-mail acts also as the username.

Well, I agree with what are you saying but someone might say what is the reason to have booking slots that will occupy the whole screen and not just a smaller part of it.
