comment About fullscreen scrolling webpages
To be specific, Apples pages aren't 1 page websites - they have links which lead to else where. They are simply Parallax scrolling pages. Some of your links, are true 1 page websites (note the URL changes as you go down). Parallax scrolling is very opinionated though.

comment What to show while a game is loading?
This is the same tactic that YouTube have taken, just with Videos. You can play a game of snake while the video loads

comment A new way to display true / false values to user
-1 Because you've linked to a page that is likely to change in the future. Do a screen grab (screenshot) as well so it is preserved for the future.

comment Scrollable menu, login button vs login/password input
I agree with the above, over engineering. That said a popup is more likely to be problematic on mobile devices

comment Why do ATM's not adjust to the user?
I have to say forgetting internet etc, the fact is it obviously is connected to a network to see how much money is in that persons account, PIN code and so forth

comment Why do ATM's not adjust to the user?
I understand that it won't have the personal records but as you say it would obviously fetch a string of settings, in exactly the same way HSBC can access the bank balance of a Natwest customer...

comment How do blind people know where to find Braille signs?
This is a question which is worth one of the biggest bounties ever. I asked a friend of mine a few years ago, and he found it funny because he wasn't aware that these signs were around him. Sure they have there uses sometimes, but most of the time I suspect it is "greenwashing" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greenwashing

comment Online Questionnaire Design - Should all questions be on one page, or have a separate page for each?
If you do it across separate pages then you can record the results as you go; meaning should they give up you still have some results and don't lose them all
