revised Should I include the word 'this' in an in-paragraph hyperlink?
Blockquote. stackoverflow -> Stack Exchange. Emphasised *read*, to make it less of a garden-path sentence.

comment Why do web sites display dates in an inaccurate representation e.g. “a year ago”?
Accuracy is always important: it's precision which is dropped in these cases.

comment What's the purpose of “This page is intentionally left blank” we see in books?
@psmears. Indeed, I've only ever seen this on exam papers.

comment Do American users also confuse the day and the month in dates like 01/02/2013
@Brendon. I tend to give my birthday as "the xth of the yth" in speech (i.e., the third of the ninth; the first of the fourth; the second of the fifth).

revised What is the difference between anti-patterns and dark patterns
Thrust spelling errors away. And curled apostrophes, partly because I like ’em, partly to get over the character limit.

comment Why do coins in some countries not display their denomination?
The worst one is the US dime, which is confusing even if you do speak English. What on Earth is a dime?

comment Flight Passenger Experience: 1 window per seat row
This would be a better question if it focussed on trains, where many do match seats to windows, while many others (Virgin Pedolinos, for example) don't. This divergence of experience is noteworthy, and could make a good basis for a question. See also area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/81747/….

revised What is the least ambiguous way to select a date range?
"avoids the user to do" was very weird phrasing, so I tidied it up a bit. And other minor tweaks.
