Gonçalo is the UX Services Lead in OutSystems, the makers of the Agile Plaform. Through the last few years, he's helped dozens of agile projects to improve the user experience of business web applications, in areas ranging from banking to e-procurement or healthcare.

He spends a lot of time devising ways on how to get standard development teams to deliver high usability apps on their own.
