How to handle to iOS visitors to a Flash web app? The app itself is fairly complex so it may not work, though I appreciate the link for other projects. |

How to handle to iOS visitors to a Flash web app? @jonW - precisely, I was thinking aout all 3 though it would need to be a one liner e.g. "We're sorry, this app doesn't run on iPhone / iPads." |

What explains the current shift from glossy UIs to matte UIs? @DA01 I believe in web one influences the other. I'd hold up Google as the leader in this field, obsessing over speed; (As a product manager you should know that speed is product feature number one." - Larry Page), and producing flat minimalistic designs as a result. |

What explains the current shift from glossy UIs to matte UIs? @DA01 - the question was user interfaces not icons. |

What explains the current shift from glossy UIs to matte UIs? Hi Adnan, this blog post sums it up nicely; lukew.com/ff/entry.asp?1117. I've not read this book (from the same guy) but A List Apart is unfailingly excellent; abookapart.com/products/mobile-first |

Enterprise UI standards Cristian, yes that's a great idea, the kind of thing I was thinking. Sadly our IT department has seen fit to bar anything Google 'Drive' so Google is a no-go. Perhaps something similar though. |
