Should I include the month name in my select list for credit card expiration month? I actually prefer using text boxes too. I seem to recall a particular brand of credit card which uses actual month names on it, but I can't verify that. |

Common web app usability gotchas? If anyone turns off Javascript on their browser, 90% of the websites out there these days won't work properly for them. Therefore it wouldn't really be a "gotcha". They're used to it, those "javascript-haters". |

Pros/Cons of PSD mockups vs. HTML mockups I have experienced this. Something that has helped to get around this a bit is by adding Javascript click handlers that throw alert('this is not implemented'); and other similar tactics. - On the flip-side, there is some truth to the fact that HTML mockups (if done well) get you closer to the finished product. |
